1st Phase - COMPLETED !

The completed 1st Phase of Tatilbelen Life Project consists of 32 independents units and 1st Leisure Centre to provide a social area for residents and their guests. High quality standarts and detailed planning provides a confortable lifestyle with a marvelous seaview.

The 1st Leisure Centre building presents a 185 sqm multi-functional, semi-closed swimming-pool that also serves as a 30 sqm heated indoor pool for the winter season. Located just next to the swimming-pool is a café bar with resting area and sun beds. There will also be a small playground covered for sun protection and an 8.5 sqm swimming-pool for the children. All maintenance charges will be kept to a minimum and only influenced by the residents themselves and the level of services they require. There is a 24 hr security guard and entry with an access code. The complex is surrounded by 1.80 m natural stone walls.
