MRT CONSTRUCTION

MRT was established in Istanbul in the early 80s by architect Mesude Güler and her partner Finnish/Turkish architect Resat Türkkan as an architectural office. In 1987, MRT moved its operations to Bodrum and since then Mesude & Resat Türkkan have designed 125 different projects of residential and commercial buildings including hotels, and also constructed and superintended more than 50 of them on behalf of their clients. Some of their projects have been published in reputable architectural magazines in Turkey. Since 1995, MRT has been making constructions on its own behalf.

With the thriving business potential, MRT became a public limited company by the co-operation of Turkish and Finnish/Turkish family members. MRT Construction Plc has a sister company called TATU Ltd which operates as an architectural office and also a material supplier.

MRT makes luxury villas and apartments using first class materials with the highest standards in harmony with the traditional components of the area. With the experience of over 25 years, MRT thinks of every single detail for their residential comfort.
